Now who doesn’t like smoothies bowl? If they say making it takes a lot of time, then i’ll prove them wrong, it took me less than 3 minutes! Sure, if you’re going for the picture perfect smoothie bowl, it would cause you a lot of time to arrange every bits on it. But i’m talking about the flavor here. Once you find your ultimate smoothie recipes to make home, every morning you’ll always crave for it.
Since I spend so much time in the kitchen, I created this very easy recipe, which i make everyday for this past two weeks. The recipe is a win not only because it’s vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free, but also all the igredients are cheap and always in stock. So let’s get to it shall we!
Summery Smoothie Bowls
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/4 cup Ananas
- 1 Orange
- 2 Splash of Almond Milk
- 4 Dates (remove the seeds, please)
- 1 Ts Honey (optional)
- 1 Tb Chia Seeds
- Handfull Granola
In a high power blender or food processor, blend all the igredients except Granola.
Pour the mixture in to a bowl.
Sprinkle granola on top.
Your very healthy smoothie is ready to serve!
Best thing is, you can have it at anytime of the day, it will always make you feel good!
