Solution to a bloated belly ? Drink Warm Ginger Water!

First of all how did I come up with suggesting you to drink Ginger Water?

Sadly, I suffered from poor digestion for many years, you know one of the sign that shows you have poor digestion is when you feel bloated all the time. And when I’m bloated, my stomach would literally look like I’m 5 months pregnant. And it’s not funny, it’s uncomfortable for sure, and stop me from doing things.

So I did a research and found what works best to heal my beloved annoying stomach.

Ginger Water. Yup, you read it right.

I drink Hot Ginger Water as soon as I wake up, and I would feel my stomach warm up(in a very good way), and then all the gas that’s trapped inside my stomach came out within few minutes, just like that I feel lighter, no fake pregnant belly, and feel good throughout the day.

So if anyone of you suffer from a bloated belly, you should definitely give this drink a try.

Ginger Water

Method :

Boil 1 cup of water

Peel and slice the Ginger and put it inside the boiling water for 5 minutes.

Drink it while it’s warm.

I know it’s super easy, right? Instead of going to pharmacy next time you get bloated, just give this drink a try. It helps me everytime. You can also drink this before you go to bed, I like the warm feeling in my stomach.
