Better Morning…

How to brighten up your morning?

There goes our alarm, we turned it off, laying on our bed feeling so sleepy and would rather go back to sleep and shut the day off. Each and every morning we would feel the same way, but no other choice we have to wake up and get our bumm off the bed.
Okay what if i tell you, there are some things you can do every morning that will actually make you feel better and much happier throughout the day? Instead of feeling awfull EVERY MORNING, why not give these steps a try 🙂

Just get out of the bed. Laying down staring at the ceiling letting our mind wander will only lead to negative thoughts and is such a waste of time, would definitely put our mood down easily. So turn off your alarm and just get up.

Instead, Set a happy thought. Everyday is a new day, remember? We have a choice on how to live each day, even if we don’t know what will happen throughout the day, if we set our mind that it will be a good day, it will.




Put a smile on our face. I know this might sound silly. why would we smile for no reason? But it is scientifically proven that when we smile it will actually lift our mood. We are so happy that we can actually smile for no reason at all.

Stretch your bod. Doesn’t have to be a high-level complicated yoga stretch, just do simple routines like raising both arms while inhaling and then exhale to put arms back down, do it for at least 3 times, but take your time to do this. Also if you have more times in the morning, do the same with raising your arms and then bend side to side, hold for 3 breath for each side. stretching our body will circulate our blood, and get everything moving.


Greet our loved ones. If you are sleeping with your spouse, or living with your parents or siblings, say a very friendly good morning, even better give them a warm hug or kisses. Giving affection to someone else will make their morning better, by that it will also makes us feel better. Making other people happy makes us happy too. Happiness is contagious 🙂 But don’t worry if you’re living alone in your house, then just say good morning to your pet(this is best) or to your plants, or even better to the universe!


Drink warm water. Believe me with this one. Now before you start with putting anything else in your stomach, start with drinking warm water. Just try this, it works perfectly to get your bowel moving, and with no time you will be sitting in the toilet.

Listen to happy songs. Put the radio or your favorite playlist on before you get in the shower. Now don’t be shy and dance it out. Music is there to make our shower feels less boring each day.


Give yourself compliments. When you’re brushing your teeth look in the mirror and literally do tell yourself how much you love te way you look and also how grateful you are to have water to brush your teeth lol. Giving yourself compliments will give you confident, and dont forget to tell your spouse how good they look each morning too (even when they look like a witch)


Prepare night before. If you spend too much time thinking on what to wear every morning(esp girls) then prepare what you’re going to wear at night before you went to sleep, then you’ll be stress-free in the morning and be on time.

Go to bed early. Always feeling over sleepy every morning? Then start sleeping earlier, put your phone down, relax and try to sleep. you’ll be amazed by sleeping early, one day you will actually wake up before the alarm rings. And i promise you, you’ll feel even better, cause it’s a way of your body telling you “hey thank you, i have enough rest and i’m ready to start the day again”
